Terms and Conditions

1. About SCB Inclusion Consultancy

SCB Inclusion Consultancy operates as a sole trader providing inclusion, behaviour, engagement and alternative provision consultancy services to schools, trusts and related organisations across the UK. The business may transition to a Community Interest Company in future. These terms will continue to apply unless otherwise stated.

2. Scope of Services

Services include consultancy, audits, reviews, training, coaching, design support and advisory input relating to inclusion, behaviour, engagement and internal alternative provision. All services are provided as professional guidance and support and do not constitute legal advice, statutory advocacy or representation.

3. Engagement and Commissioning

All work is commissioned by written agreement, email confirmation or accepted proposal. The scope, duration, fees and delivery method will be agreed prior to commencement.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are outlined in proposals or published pricing and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Invoices are issued on booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment is required in advance of delivery
• Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date
• For longer programmes, staged invoicing may be agreed

SCB Inclusion Consultancy reserves the right to withhold delivery if payment is not received by the agreed date.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Fees are non refundable once a booking is confirmed. Fees may be transferred to a future date, subject to availability, within 12 months of the original booking.

Cancellations or rescheduling requested within 10 working days of delivery may be charged at the full fee. Any reasonable costs already incurred may also be charged.

SCB Inclusion Consultancy reserves the right to reschedule or withdraw from delivery where there are concerns relating to safeguarding, safety, conduct or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Delivery Methods

Support is delivered online, in person or through a blended approach. Delivery mode will be agreed in advance. Strategic consultancy pricing remains consistent regardless of delivery method.

7. Travel and Expenses

In person delivery within an agreed mileage radius is included. Travel beyond this radius is charged per mile at an agreed rate. Overnight accommodation and subsistence are charged at cost and agreed in advance.

8. Safeguarding

Safeguarding responsibilities remain with the commissioning organisation at all times. Any safeguarding concerns identified during delivery will be shared promptly with the designated safeguarding lead in line with the setting’s policies.

9. Data Protection and Confidentiality

SCB Inclusion Consultancy does not collect or store personal or pupil identifiable data. Access may be given to anonymised or general data such as attendance, behaviour or cohort information for the purpose of consultancy delivery.

All information shared is treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or safeguarding responsibilities.

10. Testimonials and Endorsements

Testimonials displayed on this website are genuine statements provided by colleagues, school staff, and education professionals who have engaged with our work.

All individuals have given permission for their feedback to be shared. Where requested, names and identifying details have been withheld to protect privacy.

Quotes reflecting lived experience are shared anonymously and do not include identifying details.

Testimonials are shared in their original form. The only edits made are minor corrections to grammar or punctuation and the replacement of third person references such as "she" or "you" with the name "Shakira" for clarity. No wording has been changed in a way that alters meaning, emphasis, or intent.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and perspectives and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, tools and reports produced remain the intellectual property of SCB Inclusion Consultancy unless otherwise agreed. Commissioning organisations may use materials internally but may not reproduce, distribute or adapt them for commercial use without permission.

12. Reports and Recommendations

Reports and recommendations are based on information available at the time of delivery and professional judgement. SCB Inclusion Consultancy is not responsible for decisions, actions or outcomes arising from the implementation of recommendations.

13. Liability

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
