Mentoring, Reintegration and Family Support

Our support services are designed to respond to the complex realities faced by children, young people and families when engagement with education becomes difficult. We work alongside schools and families to provide relational, inclusion focused support that helps stabilise behaviour, rebuild trust and support positive transitions back into learning.

This offer includes one to one mentoring for children and young people, parent and guardian support or mediation, and combined child and family packages. Support may be short term or more intensive, delivered online or in person, and tailored to key moments such as reintegration following suspension or exclusion, preparation for alternative provision, phased returns, or wider engagement and attendance concerns.

All services are practical and solution focused, grounded in a clear understanding of school systems and the pressures families face. The aim is to strengthen communication, improve consistency between home and school, and support sustainable, long term engagement with education.

All services operate within clear boundaries. This is not a therapeutic or clinical offer. Safeguarding is managed in line with school procedures, and all work is commissioned, monitored and overseen by the referring organisation.
