This set of consultancy and advisory services offers flexible, expert support to help schools and trusts understand challenges, test ideas, and take informed action. Support ranges from short strategic conversations and focused reviews through to in depth audits, on site consultancy, coaching, and ongoing advisory retainers.
Services can be accessed as one off pieces of work or combined to form a phased package, depending on need, capacity, and timescales. Typical durations and indicative fees are provided as a guide and can be adapted to reflect context, scale, or multi school delivery.
Each offer is designed to be practical, proportionate, and responsive, with a clear focus on decision making, implementation, and impact rather than lengthy or theoretical reporting.
Strategic advisory retainer
One consultancy day per term, plus ad hoc strategic advice and priority access, providing ongoing expert support across an academic term
